So I had started my sourdough journey a couple of days ago. The first couple days went well. I did have some spoiled milk/baby spit up smell to it and researched that I just had to adjust the feedings and allow the good bacteria to take over the bad. I forgot to feed it for like 3 days so it all went bad. But please send me your tips and tricks on what you do for sourdough starters! I am ready to start again!
