AI Based Automated Email Classification and Labelling

My latest development with n8n is a workflow that uses a text classification node and AI model to determine which label to assign to particular emails as they hit the inbox.

This ia a fairly simplistic four stage workflow

Gmail Trigger Node: that runs every 15 Minutes to check for new emails (in the inbox)
Text Classifier Node: If an email exists it will be fed to the text classification node that will utilise the 3. AI model: Sub-Node reviews the content of the Subject Matter and Email Body then.......
Gmail Label Node: Routes the Email to the relevant label node for labelling.

The entire process once activated is handoff.
