I'm Jan from UK. A quick background, I was diagnosed with Crohns Colitis early this year, haven't started treatment for that yet. I'm currently at my last 3 weeks of my 3mons inactive TB treatment, before I could start Crohns treatment.

I want to try parasite cleansing but have no prior knowledge or an expert that could guide me on a protocol.
I always read of wormwood + black walnut green hull+clove for cleansing and at the same time use binders. But I've also read to do a heavy metal cleanse first, which I'm not sure how its done. I also want to know the amount of days/dosage for metal detox - cleansing/binding - rest - repeat?
If anyone are experienced, could please share how.
