Lavender for cats
This old girl keeps getting this redness on her nose, just at this time of year. Actually in previous years it has started in June or July, now it doesn’t start till August so I guess that’s progress.
Vet’s medicated creams did nothing so we tried one drop of lavender oil in a tablespoon of coconut oil and just put a tiny dab on the bridge of her nose. Away from her nostrils and her eyes.
It clears it up by the next day.
It does come back, but the frequency is definitely getting less and the ferocity of the tedness is definitely less too.
