It's May. What are YOU doing?
So I know it's only the month of may, but it's time for you to get busy. If you're in the home services industry, looking to expand your fall or winter income, christmas lights might be for you. If you're already in the christmas light installation business, you know it's time to get going.
You might ask, what are we doing to get going in May? We are evaluating our current vendors, evaluating our software platforms, evaluating inventory and pricing, looking at upcoming promotions, training anybody new in the office, looking at any known equipment issues from the end of last season, beginning our reach outs to all of our current and past customers across all of our business lines, in starting to create cold outreach campaigns. Wow. That's a lot.
