Stop Competing on Price If a potential customer is only asking about price, they're not your customer yet. Your job is to shift the conversation to value — guaranteed takedown, professional installation, storage, and peace of mind. When you lead with value, price becomes secondary.

Would you rather have MORE customers at lower tickets and margin......or FEWER customers at higher tickets and same margin?

Now is the time to get your CRM in order for 2026! We're doing the same ourselves. We're evaluating a couple different ones along with re-evaluating the one we already use! There are always new features we never have time to implement during the season, so doing it now in the "offseason" should make it easier! Please do the same.
