Just made it back to my apartment!!! Thanks for all the text messages that everyone made it home safely. Coach Caires and I will get to meet up and re cap and share thoughts but overall great experience!!! The boys had a blast, I know we all experience the trip differently but man should have seen them dark out 7:15am smiling, cracking jokes, warming up together, then the nerves shook some were intimidated when that first horn went off! And right after that it was PLAYING BALL HOGS HOUSE STYLE, competing hard, shaking hands with all opponents bro hugs and hand shakes even with dudes that may have kicked our butts. 3 teams having 7 per team with 12u at 6 going both ways! Seeing boys/young men gathering 17 year old going into senior year being mentors with 11 year olds and 13 year olds entering HS.
