🏈 Welcome to Hogs House Football Skool 🏈 Athletes & Parents — welcome. We’re excited to have you here. This Skool community is an extension of what we do on the field, designed to give athletes and families more clarity, education, and support throughout the year. What this community is for: ✅ Helping athletes understand the why behind their training ✅ Teaching football IQ, position responsibilities, and mindset ✅ Sharing strength, development, and recovery concepts ✅ Keeping families informed, aligned, and confident ✅ Building accountability, discipline, and consistency This is not social media and not noise. WHY COACHING THE HOGS MATTERS!
Before I could even speak, I was surrounded by sports. Baseball, hockey, basketball, lacrosse, football — I loved learning how games worked. Then I played tackle football. As a bigger kid, I was put on a scale, given a patch, and labeled immediately. A “Patch Player.” No teaching. No explanation. Just yelling: “Block.” “Be violent.” While other kids learned concepts, plays, and technique, the big kids were shoved into a corner and expected to figure it out. I didn’t understand my role. I didn’t feel valued. And eventually, I walked away from football. Years later, at Columbine High School, everything changed. I learned why the position mattered. I learned technique, purpose, and pride. I learned that the offensive and defensive line is special — it’s the only position group in sports built on sacrifice. Your job is to protect others, to fight so someone else can succeed. Every snap is a battle. Controlled violence. Discipline. Pride. That’s why Hogs House exists. We coach the Hogs so no kid is ever labeled and ignored again. We teach OL, DL, and physical players how to play the position the right way, with confidence, understanding, and pride. Because when linemen know who they are and why they matter — everything changes. HOGS EAT FIRST. HOGS PRIDE. 🐗

RECRUTING for 2027’s and 2028’s
FBS Recruiting: What Parents of 2028s Need to Know ✅ 1. What is a “Dead Period”? A dead period means college coaches cannot have in-person contact with recruits. That means: - ❌ No in-person meetings - ❌ No school visits - ❌ No watching them compete in person But… - ✅ Calls, texts, emails, and DMs ARE still allowedSo: dead period = no in-person, not no communication. 📅 2. When Can Coaches Start Contacting 2028s? For Division I football: 📞 June 15, 2026 = Coaches can begin direct communication with Class of 2028 recruits (calls, texts, emails, DMs). Before that date: - Coaches can watch film - Coaches can follow on social media - Coaches can send general info - ❌ But they cannot start private 1-on-1 recruiting conversations 🔑 3. Big Picture Timeline (Simple Version) - 🏈 Before June 15, 2026: Evaluation + general info only - 📞 Starting June 15, 2026: Direct recruiting contact opens for 2028s - 🏫 Junior/Senior years: More in-person recruiting windows open depending on the NCAA calendar - ⛔ During Dead Periods: No in-person recruiting, but digital communication is still OK 📌 Quick Parent Summary ✔️ Dead period = no in-person recruiting ✔️ Calls/texts/emails can still happen ✔️ 2028s can be contacted directly starting June 15, 2026 ✔️ Until then, development + film + exposure is the focus

KNEE BRACES
Ok, so disappointment but not done, he’s now rescheduled on me twice so I just changed the day he said for sure he can make Tuesday at 4:30 next week. He is also a coach so I understand how busy he is I just apologize sending dates down and not able to follow through. Training is on as usual 5:00pm.
