Mental Entrapment

In this sentence is expression of - A world where the mind traps itself in perception. - A reality where thought alone can turn neutral events into prisons of fear. 🌍Many people today live in this same prison of thought or at least fluctuate back to it. They drift, not because they lack potential, but because no one has taught them how to use their own mind. I’m chasing a big goal: to run 15:17 for 3 miles. The pursuit of a goal this high comes at a cost. 🛌One of the first sacrifices required is comfort. Comfort feels good in the moment — but it steals growth in the long run. When I give up comfort, I trade the temporary high for lasting health. I trade the easy option for the stronger version of myself. 🏃‍♂️You don’t have to be chasing 15:17 to apply this. For you, it might be: - getting up early instead of sleeping in - Choosing a run instead of scrolling - Having discipline over indulgence. ⚔️Ask yourself today: where can I sacrifice comfort to grow? Because the law is simple: - Comfort makes you softer - sacrifice makes you stronger.

Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance ♾️You have an infinite number of tasks available for you to do right at this moment. These tasks are calling your name; in fact, they are seeking to distract you from the main thing... 🦤Your main thing is different from my main thing, yet the concept is universal. Not just to humans, look at the bird, how it cares so little about anything else but food when it is hungry is the thing that takes its life when there is a trap waiting for it beneath the food. To the bird: food > Life Bold statement upcoming To most humans: Dopamine > Life and/or Legacy True statement btw. why is this? This is because we are created, designed, and wired to seek problems in ourselves and our environment, that might not directly contribute to moving the ball in our direction, but that satisfies our wants IN THE MOMENT. Just like the bird. The bird is stupid. Yes. But so are you when you give into Porn; So are you when you give into Netflix; So are you when you give into Trash Foods, so are you when you let your feelings stop you from Working Out. 🎦Your life should be a Netflix docuseries, one where you are the main character, not the main fan. STOP GETTING DISTRACTED how? The 5 P's Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. You want to run a 4:20 mile? start preparing by doing the little things: drink more water, get more sleep. You want to make $1000,000 a week? Start preparing by learning: which attraction model you will apply to your business: Attraction; Upsells; Downsells; Continuity. Then prepare like a Fing Cougar, not a bird. You want to get a lot of pretty girls? Start preparing by figuring out how to first function around them, then take improve classes. You want to become the most powerful human being in your city? Prepare by reading every single book you come across, print 5 action step papers, and write what the hell you're going to do about what you just read after every time you read. 🍖You have the potential to still get the food, all you must do is prioritize your life first, and stop acting like a bird.

Unpoppable thought bubbles
There are forces working 24/7 to knock you off track. ❓The question isn't whether or not your aware of them, but what are you doing about it. The internal war can end one of two ways: 1) You get knocked off course and stay off course 2) You strengthen the durability of your staying on the course every day. ⛓️In the food chain, lions don't question whether they should hunt, birds don't debate whether to migrate, and ants don't doubt their work ethic. They Follow... The Laws... of Nature... Consistently! Every day without question, whether they understand them or not. 🦠However, we, as humans, are unique, we're different. We can choose to obey or choose to ignore; choose to give 100% on Monday but fall off on Wednesday; to dream big for a month, and when results don't appear, fall back into slavery. The irony is that the same laws of persistence, discipline, and consistency apply to us too. Whether we know it or not, life rewards those who stay in alignment. When you disobey these laws, you fall down the chain, when you follow them, you rise. 🧬It's almost like there are unseen forces that work 24/7 to knock you off track, but just as the animals obey without thought, how much more could we -- with our ability to reason, dream and choose -- obey the higher laws that lead to strength, maturity, and growth? 💡Elon Musk knows about this he says "The more time you put into your work, the more you accomplish. If someone is working 50 hours a week, and you're working 100, you'll get twice as much done in the course of a year than the other person. Elon musk doesn't negotiate with his self whether or not he gets up at a certain time and work, he simply can't. Because of his consistency everyday it's almost like he's drowning those forces in the water of hard work every day. Elon Musk wouldn't be Elon Musk if he listened to these forces, who would you be in 10 years if you decided not to as well?? ⚔️HNH lesson: Make your thought bubbles unpoppable every day simply by showing up and doing the work.
