Mental Entrapment
"For nothing is either good or bad but thinking makes it so" -- Shakespeare's Hamlet. In this sentence is expression of - A world where the mind traps itself in perception. - A reality where thought alone can turn neutral events into prisons of fear. 🌍Many people today live in this same prison of thought or at least fluctuate back to it. They drift, not because they lack potential, but because no one has taught them how to use their own mind. Distractions, bad habits, and negative spirals keep them locked behind invisible bars. 🗝️Healthy New High = the key. Through supplements, rituals, and a supportive community, HNH aims to flip the switch -- to stop drifting and start living intentionally. ⚔️Hamlet was trapped in his own mind. Millions today live the same way, caught in endless loops of thought and distraction. At Healthy New High, our mission is simple: Break the chains of mental entrapment. Through science backed supplements, daily rituals, and a system of discipline. We teach people to master their own minds instead of being mastered by them. HNH isn't just about health -- it's about freedom.

Mental Entrapment
“To live is Christ, to die is gain”
Charlie Kirk lived the life he believed in. His impact hit harder than any asteroid — shaping lives, changing trajectories, leaving a crater of legacy. Legends don’t die, they echo. May he sit high in heaven Amen.

Comfort is the first sacrifice of greatness.
I’m chasing a big goal: to run 15:17 for 3 miles. The pursuit of a goal this high comes at a cost. 🛌One of the first sacrifices required is comfort. Comfort feels good in the moment — but it steals growth in the long run. When I give up comfort, I trade the temporary high for lasting health. I trade the easy option for the stronger version of myself. 🏃‍♂️You don’t have to be chasing 15:17 to apply this. For you, it might be: - getting up early instead of sleeping in - Choosing a run instead of scrolling - Having discipline over indulgence. ⚔️Ask yourself today: where can I sacrifice comfort to grow? Because the law is simple: - Comfort makes you softer - sacrifice makes you stronger.

Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance ♾️You have an infinite number of tasks available for you to do right at this moment. These tasks are calling your name; in fact, they are seeking to distract you from the main thing... 🦤Your main thing is different from my main thing, yet the concept is universal. Not just to humans, look at the bird, how it cares so little about anything else but food when it is hungry is the thing that takes its life when there is a trap waiting for it beneath the food. To the bird: food > Life Bold statement upcoming To most humans: Dopamine > Life and/or Legacy True statement btw. why is this? This is because we are created, designed, and wired to seek problems in ourselves and our environment, that might not directly contribute to moving the ball in our direction, but that satisfies our wants IN THE MOMENT. Just like the bird. The bird is stupid. Yes. But so are you when you give into Porn; So are you when you give into Netflix; So are you when you give into Trash Foods, so are you when you let your feelings stop you from Working Out. 🎦Your life should be a Netflix docuseries, one where you are the main character, not the main fan. STOP GETTING DISTRACTED how? The 5 P's Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. You want to run a 4:20 mile? start preparing by doing the little things: drink more water, get more sleep. You want to make $1000,000 a week? Start preparing by learning: which attraction model you will apply to your business: Attraction; Upsells; Downsells; Continuity. Then prepare like a Fing Cougar, not a bird. You want to get a lot of pretty girls? Start preparing by figuring out how to first function around them, then take improve classes. You want to become the most powerful human being in your city? Prepare by reading every single book you come across, print 5 action step papers, and write what the hell you're going to do about what you just read after every time you read. 🍖You have the potential to still get the food, all you must do is prioritize your life first, and stop acting like a bird.

Is your brain your enemy?
👿Your brain is the headquarters of your entire being, it has control over what you do, say, and believe. You may believe that your bad habits stem from poor external situations, or people -- things you can't control. But I want to reveal to you, that your bad habits are a result of what fertilizer you have been giving your brain. Let me explain: Let's say you have a garden, and it sits in your back yard. The Garden has beautiful fruit trees and the like, but you don't tend to them. What happens? The garden dilapidates, grows with weeds, and snakes, animals eat what fruit you have, and it begins to ruin. - 🧠Likewise if you don't tend to your mental garden, you're essentially giving it poisonous fertilizer, the kind that, when grown, is near impossible to tear down. Now let's say you are so proud of your garden and the fruit that it bears that it is unreasonable to not keep it. You tend it, sometimes night, most times day, it becomes a habit of yours and you find peace in that. All that you could ever want comes from tending the mental garden, and once it's grown, you are overwhelmed with the output of it all that your cup overflows. This is the aim of healthy new high: establishing good habits that tend to the garden -- Working out, eating brain rich foods, communicating more etc. -- and also to tear work as hard as possible to tear down the weeded, ruined garden so we can start building it back up -- sometimes it can take weeks, sometimes years. Patience is key. ⚔️HNH lesson: work every day like your brain is a growing garden, capable of producing fruits to the limit at which you can imagine through time.
