I was reading an article about stats around New Years' resolutions that blew my mind.
📉 65% to 80% of New Year’s resolutions are already abandoned by February
📉 The second Friday of January is literally called “Quitter’s Day”
📉 Only 21.9% make it past 2 months
📉 22.2% survive 3 months
📉 13.1% last 4 months
⭐️ And just 6% of people stick to their goals for a full year ⭐️ THIS IS US!!! We are the 6%!
By now, most New Year momentum is gone. Not because people aren’t capable, but because this is when execution gets real and support matters. This is when *ish gets hard!
If you’re still here, you’re already ahead.
The difference between those who follow through and those who stall is simple: they don’t build alone.
That’s why HAVA is important. While our goal is to become a robust directory, we are also a community!
