Hey everyone 🤍

I want to be transparent about a small cleanup I just completed in the group.

I removed 33 inactive members who met one or more of the following criteria:

Have not logged into the platform in 30+ days
Recently joined but have not completed the required 2 steps within 30+ days

This wasn’t personal. I genuinely care about every VA in here. I want you all to succeed!

But this group exists for 2 core purposes:

👉🏽 To serve as a high-quality VA directory with light conversation

👉🏽 To attract business owners actively looking to hire

This is a LONG TERM game in here. And I am working really hard - alone - to bring in quality VAs while building ads, networking with other business owners, and posting about our community anywhere I can.

We reinvest funds from upgrades into bi-weekly $5 ads to drive traffic to this group.

Therefore, that traffic needs to land on a directory filled with active, ready-to-work VAs.

If a VA can’t complete the two required steps, it signals they may not be ready for client work yet. And that directly impacts the quality, trust, and reputation of our community.

This is business. Not punishment. Not shade.
