Why Focus On Higher Self is NOT Selfish

Many people think focusing on higher self is selfish and the equivalent of hiding our heads in the sand. This is popular among controllers who instead bombard media and social media with fear porn and rage bait and insist that caring people must get emotionally involved with it and take sides.

This is nonsense for a couple or reasons. One is that almost all of these things we can't effect at all. Why then be upset about it? Of course, controllers know angry and fearful people are easy to steer and control, but that's another conversation. Another reason is this: If angry and fearful people remake the world what kind of world will the make? One of fear and anger!

If WE remake our INNER world, what kind of world will WE make? A higher world! First in ourselves. Then in our immediate vicinity, and finally world wide.
