When your body says “hey…”
Isn’t it wild how stress doesn’t always knock… it just kinda moves in quietly?
I used to think I was fine until my body would finally say “hey, we’re not fine 😭” and honestly it took ending up in the hospital with a stress migraine, not being able to stand for 3 days straight, for me to realize I had no idea what my body had been trying to tell me.
Now I see it more like gentle signals asking for attention before it becomes too loud.
These days I’m trying to treat rest, breath, and slowing down like part of my everyday wellness, not something I earn after burnout.
