Hey guys, I’m back after being away for a while. I used to be really consistent with meditation, but I stopped after feeling like it was affecting my sleep and causing vivid nightmares.
Lately I’ve been feeling emotionally overwhelmed and disconnected from myself. I realized I’ve been centering other people too much instead of focusing on my own well-being and goals, so I’m trying to reconnect with myself again in healthier ways.
I feel like getting back into meditation could really help me recenter and regain some inner stability. If you guys could support this post so I can reach level 5 and access the meditations, I’d really appreciate it ❤️
Also, any advice on how you personally recentered yourself during emotionally difficult periods would mean a lot.
