my insight about observing my thoughts is im still trying to understand what could've change if i didnt do these things in past and then i realized these thoughts dont serve my higher self. also i realize that whenever i start to overthink i suddenly eat some junkfood, sugar etc. it is weird actually being aware of makes me weird. because i couldnt know what to do in my "overthinking" time & start to eat. I need to cut off this bad habit also, it makes me feel unhealty. So i hope learning how to observe my thought give me a good mental & physically state 🤞
