We’ve been taught that everything we do should somehow make us better.

For me, that’s golf.
It gets me outside.
It slows my mind down.
It gives me space where nothing is expected of me.
No metrics.
No pressure.
No “leveling up.”
Just a moment to exist differently.
And that kind of reset is underrated.
