The Raw Truth About Healing: How do you Recharge in Pain?
Over my years I have realized the hard way that healing isn’t linear, and raising your vibration often means peeling back layers you didn’t even realize were there. Every peeled back layer generates tears, and sometimes emotions that create so much pain.
I’ve found that even the smallest practices—like a quick breathwork session or 10 minutes of yoga—can completely shift my energy. Sometimes if I can I will go outside and ground myself barefoot in the grass.
