The Rabbit Hole of Truth

So I’ve always been curious about the world around me and want to know as much as possible. I was raised in the Methodist Christian community and although I have my own set of beliefs, I still struggle to find one religion/doctrine that fits. Beyond that I’ve had a fascination with all things space. My recent research in search of Universal Truths has all been one big rabbit hole after another. I do my best to make sure I have credible resources and different perspectives, but this time I feel like I can’t trust any of it. Now I’m so unsure of what is true or not and fear I may never know at this point.

I’m just wondering, has anyone else encountered this dilemma? If so, how did you cope with the overwhelming amount of information?
