Somatic Release Breathwork is happening on Sunday the 5th at 11am CST!
its official!
I am running the first breath work ceremony inside the High Vibe tribe!
ever since I became certified in this process my life has completely changed
old patterns have fallen away and made space for new ways of being
and coming up soon you can experience the same magic!
the link is in the calendar section now you can set a reminder or add it to you calendar so you don't forget
I chose to do it on a Sunday so as many people as possible can join!

also it will be the whole experience this time around
about 1.5 hours in total with the introduction and getting settled in
it is recommended to not eat too much before either so you can breath deeper and get the most out of it
having a space where you can fully emote is also recommended too so not having people around you while you do it
