pressure is privilege (you're meant for more)
If you’ve been feeling pressure lately to stay grateful, calm, healed, aligned… and instead you’re just… tense, I get it.🤍 I've been there too and it can feel frustrating because it’s like: “I’m doing the work… why am I still feeling this?”
I used to take that pressure as a sign I was doing something wrong. Like I needed to “fix myself faster” or find the perfect practice that would finally make me feel steady all the time.
But over time I started seeing it differently:
Sometimes pressure is just your system hitting the edge of an old identity.Your soul is ready to expand… and your nervous system is like, “Cool… but can we do this safely?”
So instead of fighting the pressure, I started treating it like a message that something greater is waiting for me.
Tiny thing that helps (30 seconds): Hand on chest, slow inhale, even slower exhale, and tell to yourself: "I am grateful for this feeling of pressure. It shows me there is something greater for me and I'll get it."
