Meditation Homework
I take mindful moments, prayer moments and time for breath work everyday!
Which I guess I should just consider is a form of meditation.
I was also told when you are lost in the moment, that’s meditation as well, so then each time I garden that should count.
Just keeping myself some what accountable….
I try!
I’m still learning to take me moments!
