Ok I'm just gonna kinda blurt a few things I've noticed for myself and want to see what more experienced persons feedback are First when I try to do the frame meditation or where I am suppose to focus on the candle I struggle getting into a calm state. I reflexively close my eyes because that's what feels right. Is that something I'll grow out of? Do I need to push to try to watch the flame? Just any kinda ideas or feed back on it. Second I fall asleep during meditation more often than not. I was doing laying down all of the time, I've started sitting up and haven't fallen asleep...yet ! I think I want to continue with laying down meditation at night, I sleep so good! Am I losing any benefit from doing it that way? Any guidance or just general advice is appreciated💜💜
