Living in the city
Moved to a big city about 2 months ago and noticed that going from a small town where everyone pretty much knowing everybody else's business to some where else where a stranger doesn't bat an eyelash unless they need something from you, has a big impact on your anxiety. Noticed that it takes much more effort especially if you're worrying about survival like what you're gonna eat next that it's hard top concentrate on your mental wellbeing. Unfortunately I found myself in that situation, but I think I can learn from it that I should leave time to self care maybe just not be enveloped by it. There just needs to be a balance.
Anyway I think walking and breathing meditations are perfect if you need like 5 minutes to unwind in the city. 🍃🌞
