Let me tell you a story, whenever I was younger I used to just think, "Oh the more disciplined and the more isolated and the less I live life, the better that's going to be for my goals."
But honestly now, with my updated knowledge, I just realised how dumb that is.
Even in something as trauma healing and your mental health journey, if you just live your life more and you enjoy it more and you live more for the moment and you do more of what makes you happy, then you will undeniably get more results.
You see guys, honestly, the purpose of life was just to enjoy it in a healthy way.
Don't forget this: don't get too caught up in the David Goggins mindset where you just are like, "Oh let's just hate our lives, just do stuff we hate, and never enjoy anything," because it's not sustainable and it's not the best life.
Just keep this in mind because there are too many people who don't play enjoyment and etc, even though enjoying it will boost your life quality and your results too.
Thank you for reading, hope it was valuable.
