I let go but not enough

It's starts as always over a person!

Haven't had contact with her since March 2023 but the universe has given me some insights! Anyway fast forward to two weeks ago and I got down and depressed! Haven't stopped thinking about her! A few bits of interesting information came my way like she works near my parents home! Etc

Anyway I decided to completely let her go! Even blocked her on social media (no we aren't friends but that wasn't going to stop me looking)

That lasted a week! Until it felt too horrible and wrong so I unblocked her with the I will leave it to the universe (or whatever) what happens next! In the morning I wake up normal morning stuff then I take 5 and look on a dating app BANG she suddenly shows up! However nothing more since! Kinda stuck on what to do as I've dated etc with others but none compared with her!
