I think a lot of people speak beautifully about what they want, and then abandon themselves in the exact moments where that manifestation would actually show up.
They script the dream, visualize the life, say the affirmations. But at the same time you can see them then shrinking in conversations or sayin' yes when they mean no. They keep choosing what feels familiar over what feels aligned. And then they wonder why the reality is not matching the intention.
I had to really face this in myself. There were times when I said I wanted a certain life, but my nervous system was still loyal to the old one. I was still moving in ways that kept me safe, small, and very predictable. So on paper I wanted expansion, but in practice I was still protecting the version of me that expected disappointment as it was the thing that would usually happen. so I had to step back and look at my actions and my desires and most importantly to ask myself WHY did I keep these two things misaligned...
That is why I think alignment is not just about desire. It is about coherence. Your intention, your actions, and your inner state start telling the same story - and when that happens, life feels less like chasing and more like allowing what already matches you to get.
I would love to know, where in your life do you feel the gap most right now between what you say you want and how you are actually moving?💛
