Grounding in the park!
Greetings from Orange County, California at this beautiful park! I don’t typically walk in a regional park barefoot but I do get out and walk at least 5 times a week in this incredible space. I always feel so much better after I’ve been out in nature. An ancillary benefit is I get to see all the squirrels, rabbits and ducks that live here!
