Grounding
No matter where I'm at in the world, my favorite spot to ground is always the beach, especially when the sun is out. It's like my thoughts just don't matter anymore and I get into this flow zen state.
I'm at my local home beach right now in Ostend, Belgium. Together with my dog Hailey, who's also at her happiest on the beach.
