Let me tell you a story, back when I was younger I used to believe that I could never get the results that I wanted in healing trauma.
I just had this toxic mindset that really held me back.
I remember I would sit down and be on my couch and just overthink stuff.
But you know what, that younger version of me all he had to do all he had to do was just do the repetitions, do the work constantly on repeat, and make it consistent by being disciplined.
That really is half the battle right there.
