today, we discussed how to stop abandoning yourself to create inner boundaries and become more magnetic
one of the biggest blocks to attracting love is self-abandonment, which is being incongruent with how you think, feel, and act
we hear phrases like “love yourself first” or “just be yourself,” but if you grew up feeling like you had to be a certain way to receive love or approval…
being yourself can feel unsafe because you learned to be nice or people-please instead of expressing yourself
expression is being honest, vulnerable, and true to what you feel. you become lighter and more magnetic when you do this!
a huge part of stopping self-abandonment is learning to set boundaries in a loving way
boundaries aren’t bad…they create safety and are a way for you to embody the NEW YOU!
