Day #4 magnetic Shift Homework

I appreciate the work Aaron does here. I feel like I am closer to letting go of my past patterns and becoming more present day to day, minute to minute after being a person who always put everyone else first to looking after my soul. I have been stuck since my split with my ex in 2022 because I had been waiting for him to own up to his part of our demise, for five years, to get help and come back to me. But I was reminded, in this 4 days of lessons, that I cannot expect him to have grown the same way I have in these past five years. But I am willing to be present for him while he figures his stuff out, if he were to come back to me. And I want to add that I felt worse before I got better, in facing my future alone. I was so frozen in grief and fear for the longest time, about facing this chapterof my life, alone. But finally I think I am ready to step into the new me. To truly shift back into my old confident self again. And I will post a picture from 2022 when we first broke up to a picture from me now in mid 2026. I feel older but wiser. Thank you Aaron. I feel ready to shine again. I think I am more myself again after many years of self healing and your meditations and challenges. It took a lot to sink in. I will send a video testimony soon, as requested but I have no interest in AI Aaron I will wait to meet you for real one day.
