today, was about integration and activation to install The Secure Love Identity

It’s about taking everything you’ve learned from this experience and moving it out of the mind and into the body

attracting love has never been about doing more, it’s about learning to accept yourself

a huge part of this process is recognizing that you are not your thoughts, feelings, or patterns

many of us learned in childhood to overgive, people-please, and self-abandon in order to feel safe or loved

and over time, we confused the patterns for personality. when you start choosing authenticity over approval, it can feel “naughty” and uncomfortable

but this is how the secure love identity is created through awareness, presence, and repetition

you just notice the old pattern arise, you feel the energy underneath it without trying to fix it, and then you make a new choice…to express instead of abandoning yourself

because love isn’t something you earn, it’s who you naturally are!
