✨ What Is Fascia? (And Why It Matters More Than You Think)
Fascia is a thin but powerful web of connective tissue that wraps around and weaves through every muscle, organ, nerve, and bone in the body. Think of it like the body’s internal spiderweb bodysuit — holding everything in place, connecting everything, and transmitting force and information everywhere. It's mt just tissue, it's a living communication system in your body and is very connected to your nervous system. I will share a more in-depth education on the fascia system during the course but several benefits you will experience through fascial work are:
