Hello gorgeous! I'm Kaiya Elizabeth - I am Not Ur Common Shaman. I'm a Shamanic Energy Healer sharing my own journey and expertise in healing PTSD and reversing disease/illness through fitness, food, plant medicine, sacred sexuality, art, dance, music and creativity. I grew up in a traumatic environment and repeated the pattern throughout my life until I had a very aggressive spiritual awakening and detoxed my life. I've spent decades taking care of everyone else so much that I forgot to take care of myself and if you are here there is a very good chance you have done the same, no coincidences! Sharing my path and coaching others in how I got back to self-care, transformed my body and brain and found my inner boss lady again. When we FEEL better and KNOW better, then we DO better. It is my passion to create an environment of compassion, support, unconditional love and truth where we can grow and glow together as examples for others to do the same and make change for future generations.
