This clip is focused on footwork and balance. You’ll notice the ball is being carried — that’s intentional. We isolate skills so young athletes can learn one thing well before layering in the next step. No bad habits were harmed 😄 Just confident reps and learning in a positive environment.

February Registration Is Now Open If you have a young athlete in kindergarten–3rd grade, our February Kids Program is now open. As the year winds down, I just want to say how grateful we are for you and your kids.
