Haven’t been too good at getting videos recorded. However, I’ve found myself getting into a routine now because of this challenge. 100 pushups before bed everyday. My mind treats it like a payment. Gotta pay the man before you get to rest. My bed time is now more consistent and I’m gaining strength at the same time.
I say all that to again say….. just be consistent. You CAN do it. Don’t let intrusive thoughts take over. Keep up the good work y’all!
