Haven’t been too good at getting videos recorded. However, I’ve found myself getting into a routine now because of this challenge. 100 pushups before bed everyday. My mind treats it like a payment. Gotta pay the man before you get to rest. My bed time is now more consistent and I’m gaining strength at the same time. I say all that to again say….. just be consistent. You CAN do it. Don’t let intrusive thoughts take over. Keep up the good work y’all!
Set 6 out of 10. This week feels so busy. Having to get sets in before work, on breaks, and after work. Even had to go back in after this set. Gonna get the rest done before bed. I’m definitely exhausted but fighting to get this challenge done!
