So, I've been outside implementing and evolving. I officially committed to the barber niche. And it's been awesome! I sold 11 books, became an advisor for an incredible barber community company, The GiveBack Initiative, and effectively branded "Branding Beyond Clippers" for barber development. I even received my first speaker invitation from a barber college in North Carolina! 🙌🏿 Regarding, The Juggle is Real (happening this weekend), in collaboration with @Nicole Perpillant , @Princess LabroussePaul , GHACC, and Michelle Welch, we exceeded our registration goal and activated the networking component with a Mocktail Vendor. 🍸 I share this to remind you to share your progresses and successes in Hero Academy. I had to make a tough decision last month while writing Branding Beyond Clippers. Option A - Write a long book, rich with wisdom and strategy from the Barber Insights Survey OR Option B - Split the knowledge into two books based on the beginning and fully booked barber stages. I thought, "Nicole would say don't overthink and get stuck in creation mode, get out there and sell." So, that's what I did. It's been two weeks since launching Book 1 on Setting the Foundation for Barbers and I've already sold 6 books with 3 more in the pipeline and connected with 5 barber colleges (2 of which invited for me to speak to their students). It feels great! Not only to apply what I taught youth last year, but to reap the benefits faster! Plus, to have an amazing coach, @Nicole Perpillant , who challenged me to focus on "why not" with strategic action vs being paralyzed by unknown obstacles! I'm fired up! 🔥
