Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. HER Circle is a private space for women who are trying to conceive naturally, preparing their body for birth, healing painful intimacy, or ready to finally understand their sexual wellness. Here's how to get the most out of it in the next 5 minutes. 1. Don't Lurk → Love Engagement is how we build connection here. If a post resonates with you, like it. It's a simple way to say "I see you" and in a space like this, that matters. 2. Complete Your Profile Add a photo and share a little about yourself! Your current season of life, what brought you here, or one thing you're hoping to understand about your body. This helps other women know how to support you. 3. Introduce Yourself Make a post in HER Circle and say hello below. Share where you are in your journey: TTC, healing intimacy, learning your cycle, or all of the above. The more you share, the more connected you'll feel. 4. Jump Into the Classroom and start the modules. It's your starting point inside this community. It;s practical, simple and designed to help you actually understand your body. 5. Connect & Support This space grows when women show up for each other. Share your wins, ask questions to the group, and encourage the woman next to you. We're all in different chapters of the same story. IMPORTANT NOTE ON PERSONAL QUESTIONS: This community is a peer support and learning space. I'm not able to answer individual health questions here, as 1:1 access to guidance is reserved for my 1:1 clients inside my programs. If you're ready for direct support from me, you can learn more about working together through the links in my profile. https://stan.store/Herpelvichealth That's it. Show up, stay curious, and give yourself permission to be exactly where you are. Welcome to HER Circle. 🌹Cherra Kay, MS, OTR/L Her Pelvic Health Pelvic Floor Therapist & Mercier Therapy Practitioner

🌱 The foundation comes first
I wanted to share something I’ve been thinking about since coming home from the dōTERRA convention last week. I came back with PAGES of notes 😂, but the biggest thing I took away was actually pretty simple: The foundation comes first. Especially when we’re already working toward a specific goal, whether that’s fertility, pain-free sex, preparing for birth, healing postpartum, having more energy, or simply feeling better in our bodies. It’s so easy to keep adding more things to the list without stopping to ask, “Am I consistently giving my body the basics it needs first?” And I’m asking myself that question too. I’m currently entering what I’ve jokingly been calling my “crunchy era” 😂🌱 and becoming much more intentional about foundational nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and some of the products I’m using in my everyday life. So for October, I’m starting a 30-Day Foundational Wellness Challenge, and I’ll be doing it right alongside everyone who joins. My goal is really simple: spend 30 days getting more consistent about taking care of ourselves from the foundation up, including a simple daily routine using dōTERRA’s Foundational Wellness Bundle. Because this is something I want us to remember around here: If you’re not taking care of yourself, it’s really hard to serve other people. If you want to join me, I opened a waitlist where you can get all the details once they’re ready. 🌱 JOIN THE WAITLIST HERE And I’ll definitely be sharing more of what I learned at convention here too. There was A LOT. 😂
