My favorite hack is to put cottage cheese in everything! I even add it to my smoothies-you can’t taste it just dont put a ton in! Add it to my scrambled eggs, in a tuna bowl, with avocado for fiber! I also bought some unflavored protein powder that is so easy to add to savory dishes. I try to avoid processed food, but protein shakes and powders are my exception. just look for actual protein from animals (unless vegan of course). There is so much junk out there, it’s sad. Every meal, I eat the protein first!
