The question that interests me is not: "𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽?" but: "𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗲?" Because sometimes the moment we see the pattern clearly, something transforms. ➡️ What recurring pattern, theme or situation have you noticed showing up in your life? ➡️ Do you think these repetitions arise primarily from habit and conditioning, or do they serve another purpose?
