A different person.
A different workplace.
A different circumstance.
Yet somehow the pattern feels strangely familiar.
Many people describe this as being "stuck in a loop."
Some seem to arise from habit.
Some from unfinished business.
Some from beliefs we no longer realise we're carrying.
And some may simply be life asking us to pay attention to something we keep overlooking.
The question that interests me is not:
but:
Because sometimes the moment we see the pattern clearly, something transforms.
What recurring pattern, theme or situation have you noticed showing up in your life?
Do you think these repetitions arise primarily from habit and conditioning, or do they serve another purpose?
And perhaps most importantly:
How do you tell the difference between signal and noise when you're in the middle of it?
