Often, the answers we seek aren’t outside of us — they’re within (I believe they are all already within).
The soul carries wisdom, clarity, and truth, but the constant noise of our thoughts — doubt, fear, and overthinking — drowns it out. When we quiet the mind through stillness, presence, or meditation, the guidance of the soul naturally rises to the surface.
