There is a version of you that cannot enter your next level.
Not because you are bad.
Not because you failed.
But because you were built for survival…not expansion.
And this is where transformation becomes painful.
Because part of your nervous system is still emotionally attached to the identity that kept you safe.
The overthinking.
The shrinking.
The people-pleasing.
The inconsistency.
The fear.
The struggle.
It became familiar.
And your body learned to survive there.
But survival identities cannot hold wealthy realities.

Your nervous system must stop clinging to familiar identity patterns that are incompatible with expansion.

At a cellular level…your body fears identity passing or separation
Because even painful patterns can feel emotionally safe when they are familiar.
So every time you try to rise…
Part of you reaches backward toward the old version of yourself.
The version that hides.
Waits.
Settles.
Overthinks.
Abandons yourself before life can.
And this is the painful truth…
You cannot become the person capable of holding wealth, freedom, leadership, and overflow…
While dragging an expired identity into your future.
Something in you must end for something greater to begin.

Close your eyes.
Bring awareness to the version of you that you have outgrown… but are still emotionally carrying.
Feel your exhaustion.
Your fear.
Your survival patterns.
Now say:
“I honour the version of me that helped me survive.
But I no longer allow survival to define my future.
I release the identity that cannot come with me.”
Breathe it in.
And let your nervous system feel and absorb the shift.
