Parasite Blend - A Spring Rhythm!
It just so happens every spring I reach for the parasite blend and EVERYONE in the fam gets doses of it. Goats, humans, dogs! I remember back when I used to go buy the crappy synthetic dewormer from Tractor Supply and I'd fill up the syringe and shove it down the goats throats. Not only was it a pain to give them on a quarterly basis, it had a bunch of crap in it they didn't need exposure to! Homeopathy came in for the win on this one! - for the goats: all it takes is 20 drops in their large water bucket daily for 1-2 weeks every quarter - it's fail proof since its in their water, they get the repeated doses and their droppings even show the remedy's effectiveness! so simple 🙌 - for the dogs: I add 10 drops to their water bowl daily for a week, once every quarter - for us humans: 2 drops in a water vessel, frequent sips - every other day for 4 weeks (one or 2 times a year) The beauty of a parasite "cleanse" with homeopathy is - there is absolutely no stripping or killing off of the good bacteria and good parasites (yes there are good parasites lol). The remedy simply nudges the body to achieve balance and if it involved killing off a few worms or simply enhancing the gut microbiome, that's what it will do! The remedy acts as an innate signal to the body - reminding it that balance is within reach. Have you tried our parasite blend for you or your animals yet?!
How the heck do you give a remedy to a cat?! What about a chicken?!
Hiya friends - I talked about dosing for animals in my workshop on Saturday and thought I would leave some of my thoughts and tips here! Animal dosing 101 🐶🐱🐮🐓 Here's the thing - homeopathy isn't so cut and dry as the classical homeopaths make it out to be. And I think that is GREAT news. Because, we can figure out systems and ways to use it that work best for us and our unique circumstances! Here are just a few examples of how we have been giving remedies to animals (both me from experience, and my clients from their experiences!) Doggos 🐶 - give 5-10 drops in communal water bowl as needed, give a few drops on a treat multiple times a day for individualized care, drop 2 drops directly on wound or area of concern, drops 5 drops between shoulder blades to absorb that way, drop on gloved hand and rub on gums Chickens 🐓 - add drops of remedy to communal water reservoir! Cats 🐱 - I don't know much about cats, but I do know they can be picky! If adding drops to their water doesn't work, it may be vital to drop the remedy directly on their favorite food or simple on their nose to absorb through their mucous membrane Cows/Horses 🐮 - add drops to communal water reservoir (will likely need to be 10-20 drops since there are bigger water reservoirs!), drop on gloved hand and rub the remedy on the nose or gums, drop the remedy between shoulder blades for absorption. If animals are bottle fed, can give remedy in bottle! Fish!! Ok this is no joke, but I actually heard a lecture a couple of weeks ago where a goldfish was struggling and the owner dropped 2 drops of the well indicated remedy in the goldfish bowl. The fish perked right back up & went on to live its life 🐠 Isn't homeopathy the freaking best?! Got any other animals you are curious about dosing for? Let me know in the comments!
