We don’t need more time, we need more honesty.
We often say we don’t have time.
No time to work on ourselves, no time to start or prioritise what matters.
But if we look closer, it’s rarely about time.
It’s about avoidance. Unclear priorities. Or choosing what feels comfortable over what feels aligned.
Time is not the real limitation. Honesty is.
From a psychological perspective, the brain protects us from discomfort. So instead of admitting “this feels hard” or “this scares me”, we say “I don’t have time.” It sounds better. But it keeps us stuck.
Because when we’re not honest, we can’t change.
Honesty creates clarity. Clarity creates direction. Direction creates movement.
✨ The shift is simple:
Instead of asking, “Do I have time?” Ask, “Is this a priority?”
💬 What is something you keep saying you don’t have time for - but if you're honest, it’s just not a priority right now?
