Welcome to the community!
Read This First & Ground Rules Welcome to the Handstand Fitness community. Whether you’re working on your first 10-second chest-to-wall hold or refining freestanding balance, this space is engineered to strip away guesswork, build solid mechanics, and celebrate every inch of progress. To make this community high-signal, supportive, and effective for everyone, here are our core Rules of Engagement: 1. Leave the Ego at the Door Handstands are a humbling, long-term craft. We celebrate clean technique, patience, and consistency over reckless attempts. Respect your body’s current capacity, respect other members’ journeys, and treat every question with encouragement. Constructive feedback is always welcome; judgment and gatekeeping are not. 2. If You Know the Answer, Step Up Coaching isn’t a one-way street. If a peer posts a form check or asks a question about wrist prep, shoulder elevation, or hollow body positioning and you know the answer—answer it. Teaching reinforces your own movement literacy. You don’t need a 60-second freestanding handstand to help someone troubleshoot their wall alignment or bail technique. 3. Post With Context (Help Us Help You) When posting videos for review or troubleshooting a sticking point: - State the drill: (e.g., Day 2 Chest-to-Wall Walk-Up, L-Kick Entry, Wrist Conditioning). - Describe the bottleneck: What does it feel like? Where are you fatiguing? Are you falling toward the back or the belly? - Keep clips short: Trim your video to the actual set (15–30 seconds) so members and coaches can analyze the setup, stack, and exit immediately. 4. Zero Tolerance for Spam & Negativity - No unsolicited DM pitching, self-promotion, or off-topic links. - Disagreements on mechanics are fine, but keep debates objective and focused on movement principles. Disrespect, trolling, or dismissive attitudes will result in immediate removal. Immediate Next Steps to Get Started: 1. Introduce yourself below: Drop a quick comment with:

New Handstand Analyzer
It's completely FREE to use. Try it, share it, post it here so I can assist you with your alignment. Currently, you have to be alone freestanding or on a wall, it gets confused if there are multiple people. https://www.handstandfitness.com/ai-analyzer.html If you have feedback, I'd love to hear it.

Handstand hip and shoulder alignment work
I'm still giving my left shoulder some time to heal. Thanks again for the shoulder CAR exercises. This morning I did some practice with trying to get better hip and shoulder alignment. Still needs work but I appreciate any feedback on how to get into more of an L shape. It was hard for me to pull my hips more over my shoulders.

Swiss Ball Class
This is a very effective routine to help you master body control on something unstable. Yes, it's for handstands but can be used as a standalone workout for your core.
