Hey everyone. As long as ive been coaching I have been bothered by the lack of attention to vital training like warming up. I encourage all my clitnts to think about it like pre-heating and oven. If you put the cake in too early, the timing is all off. As athletes we dont get a soggy bottom, we get injured and inefficiency. The new classroom labled "Pre Heating" is my fix. There will eventually be 12 complete Pre-heats with brief instruction and a full minute of movement to follow along with. Any one of these will get you from ice cold to ready to train in less than nine minutes and the only equipment youll need is a winding rope (message me if you need one, I make them). These can be used in any athletic pursuit.
