Pre- Heaters
The time before we begin to train can often make or break a training session, both mentally and physically. I see too many athletes rushing or skipping generaly warming up, or as I call it 'PRE-HEATING' This classroom contains 12, eight minute Pre-Heats that will move you from cold to ready to get to work. These can be done at home or at a gym. The require space and a winding rope.

The BAMF Katas
This course contains the growing collection of form flows with a BAMF Hammer known as Kata. Kata (型 or 形) are detailed, choreographed patterns of movement, often in Japanese styles, representing "forms" used to memorize and perfect techniques. They function as a "blueprint" for improving biomechanics, structure, and muscle memory through solo or group practice. This course will contain both short handle and long handle variations.
