How to Participate:
  1. Commit – Decide to go caffeine-free for the next 7 days.
  2. Track Your Progress – Check in daily in the community by posting a short update and using Habitual Growth App.
  3. Engage – Respond to daily reflection questions to help track changes in your energy, mood, and focus.

  • Day 1: What’s your biggest reason for cutting out caffeine?
  • Day 2: What are you grateful for today?
  • Day 3: What’s the hardest part so far?
  • Day 4: Have you noticed any changes in your sleep or focus?
  • Day 5: How do you feel physically and mentally without caffeine?
  • Day 6: What’s been your biggest takeaway from this challenge?
  • Day 7: Will you continue limiting caffeine after the challenge? Why or why not?
